Tom Fellhauer, and Leneigh Bosdet are presenting on Marriage Breakdowns.
Leneigh is a partner at Pushor Mitchell and is originally from the South Okanagan. She practices exclusively in family law and has an emphasis in her practice on out of court resolution. She is the chair of the Okanagan Collaborative Family Law Group and currently a member at large of the BC Canadian Bar Association; family law section. Leneigh is trained in mediation, arbitration and in the collaborative practice approach.
Leneigh also frequently appears in Court as an effective advocate for her clients. She assists her clients in all realms of their family law issues whether it be through negotiation, collaboration, drafting of all types of agreements and a full range of litigation services.
Leneigh has been an editor and author of the CLE annotated Family Practice Manual which is the most frequently used resource for family law practitioners in BC for the last 4 years on the topics of property division, parenting issues, evidence and court processes.
Away from the office, Leneigh enjoys running hiking and camping with her family.
