The Kelowna Estate Planning Society needs your help in filling 3 executive roles, which are open.  Under our bylaws, there is a required minimum of 5 executive members.  One executive member recently stepped down from their role and as a result we currently have only 4 executive members. Our open executive roles are President, Secretary, and Director at Large.

Our guest speaker will be Keith Sabey  of Sabey Rule LLP. Keith will cover post mortem property transfer tax and timing, and any issues with regard to land issues.
